A deposit via VISA or MasterCard number or personal cheque is required to cover the first night’s fee. We will respond with a formal confirmation letter and exact directions for reaching us. The deposit is refundable (less C$20 handling fee) if we receive notification of cancellation at least 2 weeks before the first date reserved. |

June 16 to September 15 C$110 double occupancy queen-size bed and private bath C$120 double occupancy 2 double beds and private 4-piece bath C$180 for 4 persons (Family Suite or Kitchen Loft) (each has private 4-piece bathroom) For a stay of 7 nights or more, Subtract C$10 per room per night.
May 1 to June 15 and September16 to October 31 C$100 double occupancy queen-size bed and private bath C$110 double occupancy 2 double beds and private 4-piece bath\ C$160 for 4 persons (Family Suite or Kitchen Loft) (each has private 4-piece bathroom)
Off-season: November 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010 and November 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010 C$90 double occupancy any room you choose
Included in these rates are: Afternoon tea or lemonade when you arrive, use of our library, free broadband internet access, GPS (for geocaching), bicycles, and fishing rods, and of course FULL home-cooked breakfasts.
Taxes that must be added are Canada’s 5% GST and PEI’s 10% sales tax. |
